Job Responsibilities
  • Follow up and check entry & exit time of all employees.
  • Daily maintain time card &inform for absence report.
  • Prepare ID card for new employee & replacement.
  • Maintain personal file of all employees.
  • Ensure OT & holiday allowances in timely manner
  • People information update in People Management software
  • Any other job assigned by management.
Employment Status

Full-time

Educational Requirements
  • BBA/ Hons in HR/Management from any reputed Institute / University is preferable
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 30 years
  • Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
