Job Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the all Customs and Bond related activities of a large group of company.
- Develop strategies, policies, procedures and a smart team to optimize value of the entire function to customs & bond management section.
- Perform customs auditing, import & export, bond licensing and capacity planning.
- Create, modify and implement safety and security protocols as needed for warehouse staff, including performing after-action reviews following any incidents.
- Communicate directly with customs office as necessary to answer questions, relay all documents updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Have vast experience of export LC & import LC with UD knowledge.
- Having sound Knowledge of Bank activities, customs rules regulations related to both Export & Import.
- Ensure maintenance of compliance with all regulatory requirements as envisaged in Bangladesh Government Rules or foreign buyers' rules.
- Well conversant to work with Bangladesh customs and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintain strong relation with all customs members and customs bond commissionerate officials.
- Perform other duties, which are work-related, as assigned by the top authority

- MBA / MBS / M.Com in Accounting / Finance / Management.
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.

Bond, Commercial, Customs Bond, customs duty, Export/ Import through L/C
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 40 years

- Thorough knowledge on all sorts of customs & bond documents.
- Well experienced to work with Bangladesh Customs, VAT and other regularity authorities.
- Should have strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experienced in managing a large team.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
- Must have computer literacy.
