- To supervise, monitor and achieve periodic sales, collection and placement target of Managers.
- To take care Smart Plaza Sales operation and monitor of the concern area, Volume and Value wise to meet assigned area's market demand.
- To develop sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and Market Research (Product, Market & consumer survey) and analyzing the information.
- To meet territory sales target followed by Own and Organizational strategy.
- To build relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
- To observe and check sales activities and link up them in between.
- To take appropriate measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
- To do Branding, Advertising & Promotional activities.
- B.Sc in EEE/CSE or Graduation from any reputed Institute/ University.
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retail sales operations, Sales & Marketing
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (vocal personality) & networking skills.
- Demonstrates integrity by modeling the values and ethical standards.
- Good Technical knowledge of IT Products.
- Candidate should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
