Job Context
- 2unique Wellness is a first growing SPA and beauty parlour is looking for an enthusiastic person to be the Therapy Trainer (Local or Foreigner) for A Luxury-5 Star Hotel and Resort.
- This is an exciting role as you will lead your team of personal trainers to achieve their goals and also support our members to achieve their goals as well as delivering a high-quality personal training experience. You will support our Manager, Group Exercise Coordinator and your team to promote a productive and enjoyable working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Personal Trainers – Coaching your team members whilst enhancing their skills and business success, structuring your teams’ rotas and monthly progression meetings.
- Meeting and achieving targets and be the key to driving personal trainer performances.
- Using your innovative skills to create new ways our members can reap the benefits of personal training.
- Knowing the importance of safety checks and recording them accurately whilst adhering to required compliance.
- Meet and exceed client’s expectations and contribute to the business building process.
- Have a genuine passion for performing expert treatments tailored to each individual member and who are dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage treatment training.
- To train a team member massage treatment very professionally like Aromatherapy, Swedish, Traditional Thai, Herbal Compress, Hot Stone, Four Hand choreography, Facial, Body Wrap, Manicure and Pedicure.
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
- Must follow all standards and procedures as per company policy.
- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum S.S.C or equivalent or Physiotherapy diploma or Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
- Minimum 2 years Therapist work experience is preferred.
- Minimum 150 Hour's certification from an accredited school of Massage and aesthetics required.
- To have a flexible schedule to work and weekends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
