A reputed company is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive, having Ecommerce customer care experience and good verbal, written communication skills in Bangla & English.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via, phone and mail & social media messenger.
- Must have Facebook boosting knowledge.
- Must have online marketing knowledge.
- Must have Video editing knowledge.
- Must have Digital marketing editing knowledge.
- Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order.
- Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details.
- Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.).
- Able to work beyond the office hour.
- Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline (will be relaxed for extra ordinary candidate).
