Sr. Executive (Sales and Marketing)
We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic sales and marketing representatives. Who has willing to work in architecture and interior or similar marketing/sales industry. The candidates should have at least one or two years of experience. Obtaining leads for the sales and marketing team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
- Quick communication & problem-solving ability.
- Generating leads.
- Sales & Marketing proficiency for Interior Company & Interior related Products.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Those who has his own bike, will get preference. Presentable and smart/confidently speaking candidates will get preference.
- Must have good Bangla & English writing ability about any kind of Product.
- Work at office
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year(s)
- Age 25 to 35 years

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, and Architecture Firm.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
