Job Responsibilities
- Follow communication "scripts"
- Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
- Identify customer needs, clarify information
- Maintaining communication through Email and Skype

Educational Requirements
- A Level in English, Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- Qualification: HSC (English Medium Background) O/A Level
- Running Bachelor students/ Fresh Graduate
- Bangladesh University,European University of Bangladesh,Daffodil International University,Dhaka International University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
- Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2.Quick learner 3. Work under pressure, Administration, English, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Organized and Disciplined, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing, Sales Marketing, Salesman, Telemarketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
