Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing - BTL:
  • Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan
  • Managing the relationship with the BTL agencies.
  • Planning & supervising the seasonal On Ground Activations & Promotions.
  • Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions
  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan
  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors objectives and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs
  • Monitoring market activities (competitors).
  • Designing and implementing POS materials
  • Responsible for preparing and arranging our projects Launch plans
  • Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs
  • Marketing - ATL:
  • Managing the relationship with the advertising agencies.
  • Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams also with PR agencies, creative agencies, Media planning & buying agencies, digital agencies, and production suppliers to produce effective Marketing Campaigns
  • Handling all Media suppliers, including TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor and Digital, also Media booking agencies according to the Media Plans.
  • Responsible for all communication tools with clients (ex: leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, brochures, rollups, multimedia CDs,...) in terms of layout design, data and visuals.
  • Develop media releases, key messages, media FAQs, and presentations where required.
  • Monitoring market activities (competitors).
  • Participate in drafting Marketing plan & media plans, etc.
  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan
  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors objectives and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs
  • Supervising all Digital Marketing
  • Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs
  • Assist with delivering leads to the call centre from offline media channels (TV, door drops, press and inserts).
  • Manage and report marketing related research and customer insights including competitor activity (creative and media spends) on TV, Print and Online channels
  • Take end to end ownership of one or more print channels.
  • Measure and evaluate key performance metrics to quantify and track on-going marketing success with the objective of hitting ROI targets.
  • Define, create, maintain and produce the relevant reports providing the insights necessary to maximise lead generation and sales.
  • Work closely with the Head of Print Media and the Sales management Team to ensure forecasting and planning is communicated in good time, as accurately as possible with regular updates as required.
  • Assist with the delivery of online acquisition channels and develop and manage end to end our database email marketing project and ongoing activity.
  • Assist with growing our online presence through a variety of campaigns and projects, some that will require ongoing management. .

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Brand Promotion and Development, Business Development, Excellent communication skill, Marketing Strategies, Monitoring and Reporting, Team management

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Branding, Campaign Management, Campaign Planning, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Marketing, Strategic Communication

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 40 years
  • Proven track record and solid functional expertise in integrated marketing communications including brand building, event management, collateral development, copywriting, printed production, video production, website and social media promotion.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing mechanisms (Google Analytics, SEO.SEM, Online shopping malls, social listening etc.)
  • Experience in global or regional brand building campaigns or events in an advantage
  • Strong in marketing plan write-up
  • Good business acumen, strategic thinking, good analytical mind, problem solving and attention to details are perquisite
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-taking and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and partner with colleagues of different cultural backgrounds. Independent, good team player, initiative with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, hands-on, people management and presentation skills and influencing skills
  • Creative, high flexibility and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Computer literacy with good proficiency in MS Office, Particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Google application is a plus
  • Familiarity with any CRM or email marketing software is a plus (Hybris Adobe, etc)
  • Knowledge in design softwares like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • A good eye for design and ability to source/create eye-catching content.
