Responsibilities & Context
To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
Operators' skill test (both current and new) Train up and guide juniors Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine Overtime & loss time report prepared.
Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
Ensure breakdown and layout.
Conduct 5'S Audit & campaign
