  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

  • PGDSCM

Experience

    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Automobile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Store / Inventory.
  • Have experience in FIFO/ 3S/ 5S/GRN.
  • Proficient in ERP.
  • Able to handle multitasking activities.Proficiency in use of MS Office.
  • Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
  • Should be familiar with Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Planning & arrangement of Vehicle based on regular Route Plan & ensure logistics support as per route plan & Vehicle regular schedule maintain.Independently able to manage Inventory/Warehouse.        

  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate process &distribution.

  • Inventory Software as per Material Receiving Requisition & Overall Responsive of the Inventory Operations.

  • Receive Materials as per Challan, Purchase Order, Work Order and other relevant documents.

  • Check quality and quantity of the received materials.

  • Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out to the correct point of storage area.

  • Prepare stock statements/report on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.       

  • Day to day operations of the factory transport, distribution & warehouse-FG.        

  • Handling the drivers, helpers & transport related staff to make sure smooth operations of vehicles.        

  • Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.        

  • Keep track record of vehicle movement all time & Monitoring of Vehicle Tracking System.        

  • Controlling fuel & Gas Consumption of vehicle.

  • Ensuring Security of warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean, organized.

  • Ensure storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.

  • Plan, design & manage the store and keep track of physical stock.        

  • Prepare daily in/Out status report, weekly, monthly & yearly stock statement.        

  • Issue, receive documents, warehouse, maintain physical inventory monthly& yearly.

  • Ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production. 

  • Develop and maintain Safety and Security policy of warehouse.        

  • Vehicle loading monitoring & finished goods Product timely delivery from Factory·        

  • FIFO Based of Goods loading, Dispatching and ensure product receiving.       

  • Communicate to Sales/marketing Department.        

  • Continue to communication to production dept. for demand able product.       

  • Update of Vehicle registration, tax token, fitness, route permit & insurance.        

  • Marketing Dept. & distributor complain receive & solution process.        

  • Maintain all registers & documents of transport department, Driver's trip allowance check & Helper trip allowance checked for Approval.        

  • Managing any accident/ Police case of transport section.Ensure proper documentation VAT Challan, Covered Van Challan with delivery truck.      

  • Coordination with different units in regards to Raw Materials Dept., Production Dept, Warehouse Dept., Distribution point, Procurement, Accounts Dept. and logistic support.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
