Education
  • Diploma in Engineering in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years

    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Furniture Manufacturer
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Experience in corporate organizations/ group of companies.
  • Applicant must have experience on MIS and IT System Management.
  • Have Good Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within the office.
  • Should have experience on working in manufacturing industries.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills on latest developments in the IT systems field
  • Demonstrated experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • High level of computer literacy, knowledge of a range of PC based computer programs.

Responsibilities & Context

Hatim Group is one of the leading companies in the industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent and career-oriented person for the post of Junior Executive (IT & MIS).

Who must have an interest in IT & MIS Sector. Candidates who have Experience in Group of Company & Factory base working experience will get preference.

  • Troubleshoot and Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, Routers, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
  • Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot & maintain all company user’s software, hardware & workstations.
  • Diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems. Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance. Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, DVR, CC-Camera, attendance machine, Barcode and Online Printer, and Microsoft outlook, MS Excel.
  • MIS (Production, Inventory and Sales) Related Data Entry. Strong analytical knowledge and Instant problem solving ability.
  • Keep an up to date document on inventory of all IT hardware & software system and Report to superior. Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
