  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Insurance, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Steel
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Have the ability to lead a team.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Depth of knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.

  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the sector.

  • Outstanding communication, amicable and leadership skills, good presentable experience.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.

  • Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.

  • Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.

  • Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.

  • Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.


Responsibilities & Context

  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals

  • To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.

  • To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.

  • To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • To negotiate with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.

  • To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

  • To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

  • To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

  • To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.

  • To expand the business network around the territory.
