Responsibilities & Context
Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely follow-up on import consignments.
Coordinate with banks, shipping agents, and BKMEA, ensuring smooth cargo delivery.
Oversee customs clearance processes at Chittagong Sea Port and Dhaka Airport, working closely with C&F agents to expedite timelines.
Manage all logistics activities related to imports efficiently and effectively.
Maintain organized and accurate files and registers for all related tasks.
Stay updated on applicable HS codes to ensure compliance.
Monitor and follow up on all import-export activities with dedication and integrity.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
