Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of leather, synthetic materials, and sewing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and manage the footwear sewing department to ensure efficient production.
Ensure proper utilization of materials to minimize waste and maximize output.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in the sewing process.
Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth workflow.
Train and guide workers to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Implement and enforce safety and compliance measures.
Maintain records of production, defects, and efficiency levels.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
