Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 with latest amendments.

  • Ensure female employees’ work safety in gender bias free work atmosphere.

  • Ensure monthly and weekly counseling session regarding mental & physical health, maternity issues, work place health & safety.

  • Work closely with female employees for addressing their grievance in time and to ensure potential resolution as per policy.

  • Arrange routine welfare meetings and training, such as Orientation, Grievance, OHS, etc. 

  • Establish effective both way flow of communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.

  • Counsel and motivate all and ensuring employees awareness regarding absenteeism, office discipline and COC.

  • Take care of pregnant & injured workers. Maintain maternity register and keep it update with all relevant data accordingly and ensure maternity benefit issues.

  • Carry out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues, ensure cordial & personal relation with workers.

  • Carry out employee motivation and morale-building activities.
