Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Reputed Hotels/Restaurants
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in F&B operations at a reputed hotel or restaurant.
Diploma or higher degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Expertise in food presentation, plating, and customer dining experience enhancement.
Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proven leadership in team management, staff training, and hospitality operations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant analytics tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills for guest engagement and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities & Context
About us:
CPDL Family is expanding its Hospitality Management division to establish new benchmarks in restaurant and hotel operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager to oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) operations and enhance overall hospitality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a collaboration point to coordinate restaurant and hotel operations under the Hospitality Management team.
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and plating & food serving aesthetics.
Conduct cost analysis of food and beverage items, optimizing pricing and profitability.
Supervise and train staff to maintain hospitality excellence including maintaining food quality.
Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations for efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and industry standards.
Handle guest interactions, feedback management, and service improvements.
Work closely with the culinary team on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, and cost control, preparing reports.
Collaborate with the CPDL Hospitality Management Team to implement best practices and business strategies.
