Responsibilities & Context
Lead, coach and manage a team of local business analysts and application analysts, ensuring workload for support, projects and initiatives is well prioritized and distributed fairly.
Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing application systems, working closely with the other IT departments on various projects and initiatives, as well as day-to-day support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Manufacturing application processes and systems in coordination with Managers and BAs.
Manage administrative tasks for the team, such as timesheet approval, yearly objective settings and reviews, and report regular status to Manager.
Act as a liaison between the Bangladesh Manufacturing/ Procurement/ Planning users and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Support and drive Manufacturing best practices and standards established by Gildan
