Responsibilities & Context

  • Over 15 years of experience in handling and managing customer accounts.

  • Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations.

  • Experience in sourcing new customers and maintaining long-term relationships.

  • Excellent skills in price negotiation and convincing clients to secure the best deals.

  • Ability to oversee all stages of the merchandising process, from sourcing to final delivery.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Proficiency in managing timelines and ensuring that orders are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Only candidates with experience in handling or leading the department solely will be given the highest priority
