Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise and manage a team of billing specialist & customer care management, providing guidance and support training as needed
  • Review and analyze billing data, due collection, and reports to identify any discrepancies, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Monitor patient appointments and shares necessary information’s to the CRO’S and others department as required, Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit
  • Greet all guests with appropriate manners & curtsey and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary.
  • Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between consultant and the outpatient (with /without appointment, follow up, etc.)
  • Maintain and update billing records, ensuring compliance with company policies, Liaison with other department/staff to ensure required support of the corporate and general customers
