Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
  • Answer incoming calls and handling callers' queries, complaints and requests
  • Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/ organization
  • Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
  • Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary
  • Support sales team by generating quality sales lead
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for pending customer related issues and/or concerns
  • Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard

Educational Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputed university with satisfactory academic track record
Additional Requirements
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • No Experience required.
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent inter personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali language
  • Competent in using MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure
  • Ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
  • Adequate computer knowledge
