Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Open Term Deposits and provide services pertaining to deposit clients
  • Provide services such as receiving full or partial payment from loan client, ensuring release of client's documents etc.
  • Coordination among internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensuring proper Compliance, KYC, internal & regulatory guidelines
  • Other tasks as per requirement

Educational Requirements
  • Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Competent in using MS Office applications
  • Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in English & Bangla
  • Good understanding of NBFI or banking standards, products and services
