Job Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving sales growth.
  • Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence.
  • Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share across geographies.
  • Territory & sales expansion in the assigned area, by ensuring modification of the recipe on the region basis.
  • Conduct demographic study to map the potential market to fuel expansion.
  • Monitoring Channel sales & marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales & accomplish revenue & collection targets.
  • Identify & network with financial strong & reliable distributors and channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration & improved market share.
  • Developing and appointing new Channel partner to expand product reach & better coverage in the marketplace & coordinating with dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product.
  • Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the territory.
  • Gather information on competitors' activities in the region and act upon it for Apex's benefit.
  • Ensure implementation of sales promotion schemes.
  • Review dealer's network, strengthen for effective coverage & ensure timely availability of stocks at dealers end through right forecasting.
  • Enhance market potential and reach.
  • Implement sales incentive schemes and suggest improvements and scheme cost controls.
  • Inventory management
  • Ensure the minimum level of outstanding.
  • Ensure adequate after sales service to the dealers.
  • Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions, and quality.
  • Coordinate with logistics for product availability in all stock points and sales outlets in the region.
  • Coordinate with finance for working capital requirement and support for controlling finished goods inventory, outstanding etc.
  • Coordinate with production for product delivery as per order.
  • Manage, develop & motivate the field Sales officers & sales personnel and improve productivity/yield per month.

  • Be able to read and understand sales data
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and to "think on your feet"
