    Job location: ACI Center
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist business head in organizing routine activities through secretarial and administrative support.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and co-ordinate meetings within and outside the department.
  • Proof reading of the reports sent to Head of the business.
  • Process conveyance and other bills and coordinate pool vehicle of the department.
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Organize Events, Exhibitions etc.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation in any discipline. (Business Graduate will be Preferred)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in secretarial position will add advantage.
  • Extra- curricular activities i.e. involvement in any organization/club.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • High Listening and Writing skill.
  • High Social Skill.
  • Stress Management Capacity.
