The Project officer will be based in the PRDS project office, Visit to regularly various garments industries in Dhaka Division or another Division, co ordination and report with donor, PRDS Management as per their activities demand and also coordinate Various garments industries management.

Coordinate to principles and strategies of the Donor Project for submission to Project Management.
Develop and execution of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Action Plan.
Prepare budget requirements.
Ensure fund flow as per action plan for the Project Office.
Ensure optimum and proper utilization's of allocated budget.
Ensure smooth implementation of program activities in proper time.
Ensure qualitative activities following the log-frame indicators.
Ensure cost effective implementation
Resolve field problem complying the organization policy in cooperation with team members.
Monitor the progress of work as per planned activities and provide necessary feedback to the management.
Establish and maintain liaison with, different government and non govt. organizations l for smooth implementation of the project.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the management in due time.
Planning, Reporting, estimate, design, and quality control experience in due time .
Ensure implementation of construction work.
Staff supervision: Promote team sprite among the team members.
Plan/review progress and prepare performance appraisal of team members.
Documentation & Reporting:
Work properly documented
Reports submitted on time
Important information and learning shared with relevant colleagues
Collect case study and significant story
Lesson learnt and best practices are reported and shared in the program management
MIS data collection and entry in system properly
Networking & Advocacy:
Effective working relationships established with GUP, CBO groups, Upazilla and
Local Government Institutions including market based
Effective coordination with various garments industries governance activities in the program area
Effective working relationships establish with the not only garments industries but also Trainee group,
Effective working relationships established with community members, religious leaders, teachers, business owners, etc.
Coordination work with another component
Any other work assigned by the management.
Masters in Social Science/ Management/ Marketing or any other relevant subject from any recognized university/ institute.

Age at most 40 years
3-5 years' experience in similar position.
Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.
Excellent proficiency in spoken, written & read in English and Bangla.
