Office Administrator




Job Context
  • We are looking for an Efficient Administrator whose 1st Assignment is to help form the company
  • He/She must handle all works relating to Government, Banks, Auditing, Legal, Accounts/Finance, Office Administration and HR
  • This job requires travel to various Government offices, Banks etc. and hence a person with Two Wheeler / Car license is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
  • Work with Leadership team of group, to form the company by coordinating with BIDA, Various Ministries in Bangladesh to get legal approvals as required
  • Identify best form of Company to ensure Compliance and Profitability for group
  • Manage all Human Resource related tasks of employees including Recruiting, Training, Exit, Staff performance, Salaries, Time & Attendance etc.
  • Manage all tasks of Accounts/Finance relating to Payable, Receivable, and Assets etc
  • Arrange for official travel of Executives with tasks on Visa, Ticketing, Government related work etc
  • Produce professional reports, presentations and briefs
  • Work with CEO & Managing Director to develop new growth opportunities & business development
  • As business stabilizes, play a strategic role to ensure Sustainability, Profitability & Customer Centricity is maintained
  • Write documents for all Processes, Continuous improvisation, Banking & Audit purposes
  • Ensure workplace is Safe, Hygienic and gives a Productive work atmosphere
  • Ensure Zero tolerance towards any form of Discrimination and Harassment

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Mandatory 2 years' experience in Company Formation, Government approvals, BIDA related work etc
  • Must be handle Accounts/Finance and HR related work
  • Exceptional skills in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation
