Key Selling Points
    The Head of HR is responsible for Plan and develops rules, policies & procedures for Personnel Management, Recruitment, and Training and ensures effective implementation of the same. Look after employees' welfare and matters related to discipline.


Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and update the rules, policies and procedures and monitor to ensure effective implementation of rules, policies and procedures within the Group.
  • Act to achieve overall sales target of Runner Group every year under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • Provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient operation of the HR Department.
  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
  • To identify reasons for employee termination by conducting exit interviews in presence of the president of resignation approval committee. Find out the reasons of high rate of employee turnover of the company.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is running smoothly.
  • Monitor the recruitment and selection process of contractual and overseas/foreign employees.
  • Maintain close relation and monitor the service qualities of the corporate mobile/SIM operator/provider, and ensure proper quality service from them, if found any discrepancy take necessary action to solve the problem.
  • Monitoring all necessary arrangement to declare/announce yearly promotion of the group.
  • Develop retention plan of the Group to ensure retention of competent employees.
  • Design policies and procedures on performance appraisal, promotion, placement, transfer and develop terms of employment, career planning for each position.
  • Conduct periodic assessment of skill requirements in light of changing context and content of job.
  • Assist the supervisor to achieve various certificates i.e. ISO etc for enhance the goodwill of the group.
  • Supervise all the activities of Quality Environment Health Sector (QEHS) of the Group.
  • Liaise with different professional institutes and agencies for prompt hiring of trainer for training and organized External Training when required.
  • Ensure with the help of concerned department heads, skill assessment, manpower planning, motivation and teamwork.
  • Supervise the Leave Management including Declaration of Yearly Leave Calendar.
  • Upgrade of existing job descriptions of various Departments.
  • Identifying training needs of employees and facilitating career planning of employees in consultation with the respective Developmental Heads.
  • Develop Training Calendar for the Group based on need assessed and ensure implementation of the same under guidance of Supervisor.
  • Secure welfare provision and promote healthy employee-management practices.
  • Take steps for Team building and motivation of the employees and instigating team spirit.
  • Take steps in developing positive attitudes of the employees.
  • Take initiatives to solve all kinds of problems relating to jobs of the employees.
  • Prepare of annual work plan for the Human Resources Department.
Employment Status


Educational Requirements
  • MBA in HR or Masters from any reputed university (Masters from Public University with related subject will be given preference)
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Core HR Knowledge, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Automobile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Al least 5 years working experience in Head of HR position
  • Should have good analytical ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Should have good communication skills and negotiation skills in all dimensions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
