His/her responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone and face to face we`d like to meet you.
Developing presentations and proposals/quotations as a part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of good and service the company is offering and identify any obstacles to the sales process, negotiate terms with clients and finally, make the sale.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using MS Excel
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve organizational objective & smooth operation.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company.
Creating and managing the list of prospects across various target client segments, contacting client prospects and systematic follow up with each prospect.
Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively support each of the team members to achieve their target as well as the individual target (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Gather market information and arrange the market survey to discover potential clients, target markets and competitive analysis.
To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
To explore and visit regularly to Clients.
Report daily/weekly sales report to reporting boss.
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS/ CSE/ IT/ ETE or Equivalent.
