Job Context
    A Team Leader usually has a team which he/she manages, directs and controls to ensure that they meet up with targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines. He/she has to provide training to the team members and reviewing their performances from time to time. A Team Leader will be responsible to resolve different complex issue forwarded by agent or liaise with other departments to resolve the issue appropriately.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coach, motivate and support query management with service users, both in terms of the quality and accuracy of interactions.
  • Ensure the delivery of a high quality customer/user focused service on a daily basis.
  • Train up team members and reviewing their performances from time to time.
  • Assist in interview process of new hiring.
  • Ensure consistent excellent service delivery by analyzing real time workforce and making changes to team's workflow and activities
  • Ensure essential required knowledge by enabling access to and checking staff have read relevant knowledge articles.
  • To ensure accurate Knowledge share up to date information at daily team meeting pre-shift/post shift to ensure customers/users are given the correct information.

  • Graduate/ Post graduate from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Call Center
Additional Requirements
  • Age 21 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must have 1 year experience in bank call center.
  • Smart, descent & discipline and extremely patient in approach.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • Must be a team player, ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion.
  • Flexible, result driven and able to work to achieve target.
  • Must be flexible to work under pressure.
  • Should know the basics of MS-Excel.
