Preparation of agreements, contracts, legal letters and documents for ensuring legal immunity for the organization.
To ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
To follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
To ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
To follow up expenditures like staff & worker's salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill, etc.
To take necessary action for updating all employee Personal File time to time.
To conduct Job Analysis and confirm Job Description for all employees.
To handle the grievance and disciplinary proceedings and conduct domestic inquiry smoothly.
Ensure required training is conducted as needs basis of the employees on regular basis as well as create motivation for all employees.
To implement and monitor the Code of Conduct of different Buyers & Audit at Factory.
To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different social compliance audit like amfori BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ICS, HBI, WCA, HIGG INDEX FSLM Assessment, C-TPAT as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
To implement the ISO Management System at Factory and ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different ISO audit like ISO 9001.2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001.2015 (Environment Management System) & ISO 45001.2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different environmental compliance audit like HIGG INDEX FEM verification, STeP Audit, ECOVADIS assessment as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different product label certification audit like GOTS, OCS, GRS & RCS, OEKO-TEX 100, ECOLABEL as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
To follow-up and monitor all the Legal License/Govt. Approval/Permission, Legal Certifications, Compliance Certifications of Factory regarding their expiration & validity and take necessary action proactively to update the License & Certifications accordingly.
To handle ACCORD and Alliance audit independently.(Structural Safety, Fire and Electrical Safety)
Carry out regular Internal Audit at Factories in a certain interval based on Company COC and other Audit COC (i.e amfori BSCI COC, WRAP COC, ETI Code etc.), put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports to higher up.
