Customer Support Executive
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
- Letting customers know about other tariff the company offers.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Call forward to any department as per requirements of caller.
- Take up other duties as assigned by Management
- Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- CCNA Certificate will be Counted as Extra Quality
- Skills Required: Experience in Computer
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
Tk. 7000 - 10000 (Monthly)
