- Creating new Customer, increasing sales, Planning and carrying out Direct Marketing.
- Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
- Experience in telecommunication and bank call center is preferable
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Strong strategic, thinking and negotiation skills.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and
- provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

- Making sales or recommendations for services that may better suit client needs
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems, moreover follow up Corporate Customer for any kind of support and service.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Business Studies
- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer Retention, Excellent communication skill
