Asst. Manager / Sr. Sales Executive (For ENT/ Neuro/ Ophthalmic)

Location: Dhaka with frequent travel to out of Dhaka
- Head of the Sales and Marketing department.
- Sales and Marketing of Neuro/Spine/ENT/Ophthalmic equipment.
- Prepare Annual Budget and Sales Target.
- Plan and implement yearly sales and marketing plan.
- launching new products to capitalize market needs and opportunities.
- Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities.
- liaising with opinion leaders and influencers such as leading doctors, doctors' associations, etc.
- Lead the team members to develop promotional tools to help in attainment of organizational and sales goals.
- Arranging clinical meetings and seminar to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctors.
- Providing information and other relevant knowledge-based professional support to the target doctors.
- Preparing Monthly/ Quarterly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales & promo expense, etc. for necessary interaction.
- Analyzing product/ brand based monitoring and prepare summary reports to recommend course of actions.
- Masters/Hons in Physics /Applied physics, Biology. MBA/BBA with major in Marketing is preferred but not a must
- BSc.in Physics/Applied Physics/Biology/BBA in Marketing/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering etc..
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with proven contribution and experience.

- Attractive personality with good negotiation skills and good command in oral and written English and Bengali.
- Good knowledge on medical equipment/device market (ENT, Neuro, Ophthalmic, IOL)
- Good network in Doctors/Hospital and Doctor's Association
- Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have continuous learning attitude.
- Must be conversant with computer with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Net Browsing etc.
