- The Techno House is a well established, rapidly growing Industrial Machinery & Material handling equipment sales and service company, whose customer segment includes Government and Non Government organizations, Heavy Industries, Power Plants, Chemical Process Plants etc. Techno House represent many renowned European brands in Bangladesh. Techno House has been marketing German based Boll & Kirch Filters in Bangladesh since 2015.
- At present the company intends to appoint Sr. Executive for Sales & Marketing department for marketing of Boll & Kirch Filters in Power Plants, Steel, Cement, Pharmaceutical and other industries.
- Existing customer support and retention
- Sales activities including client hunting, client visits, service offerings, negotiation and agreements.
- Should have the capability to market visit in every day and identifying potential customers.
- Build up the relationship with the clients as well as the team member.
- Smooth communications with clients/customers to maintain a good relationship.
- Positive mindset and ability to work with under pressure.
- Research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media (if applicable).
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
- Achieving sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
- Identifying and establish contact with potential customer.
- Presenting company product and services to the clients.
- Regular visit to Corporate customers, Project and Industry
- Research and analyze sales options.
- Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
- Responding to sales inquiry.
- Maintaining clients database.
- Organizing & Participating in sales related events.
- Maintaining sales & others reports on daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical.

- Age 29 to 35 years

- Required practical experience on sales & marketing in the field of Power Department in the context of Bangladesh. (Preferred Area of Experience is required at least for 2-4 years)
- Skills Required: Business Development, Business Negotiation, Sales & Marketing, team work.
- 2 to 4 year(s) in relevant field
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Power Generation, Generator, Heavy Equipment
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Can do attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
- Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
- Should have skill in MS Office & other computer applications
