Job Responsibilities
- • Preparation of Financial Statements & Reports
- • Ensuring the compliance of BAS, BFRS and BSA in financial statements
- • Financial analysis of projects and Cash flow analysis
- • Monthly accounts closing
- • Tender evaluation
- • Treasury and petty cash management
- • Suppliers and other payments ensuring all compliances
- • Annual budget preparation
- • Bank Reconciliation
- • Communication with bank for various purposes
- • Coordination with other departments
- • Supervision of subordinates’ activities
- • Conduct training for the subordinates
- • Compliance of vat and tax at sources
- • Compliance of Tax & VAT return submission
- • Coordination with the audit team
- • Following up the due outstanding
- • Coordination and reporting for litigation
- • Reviewing the software's performance and accuracy
- • Ad hoc reporting for management
- • Reviewing Financial Statements preparation, accounting procedure, reconciliation, budgeting, financial planning and accounting system.
- • Overhauling internal audit procedures and pinpointing flawed internal control system Preparing audit
- • Managing the departmental activities
