Job Responsibilities
- Planning the production schedule with support from production supervisor / manager ensuring consistent production at all times
- Formulating wheat blends and changing the flow of wheat in the mill
- Ensuring all production quality requirements are met
- Establishing maintenance priorities and participating in the implementation of the maintenance program
- Supervising & monitoring the maintenance schedule of the machinery.
