  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed.

  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Passion for baking with attention to detail and creativity.

Swade Bangladesh Restaurant and catering is a renowned establishment committed to delivering high-quality baked products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry and bakery chef to join our culinary team and contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other specialty products.

  • Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the baking area.

  • Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

  • Innovate and suggest new baking ideas and seasonal specials.

  • Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure timely preparation of baked goods to meet daily production requirements.
