  • Oversee all aspects of the UK & Europe countries, USA, Canada & Australia visa and immigration service and ensure that the operation runs smoothly.

  • Must administer the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the school/ government/ embassy/ immigration.

  • All of the documents submitted by the students are thoroughly checked and verified and other documents if necessary.

  • Prepare all documents' samples and communicate school/college/university requirements to students, colleagues, or authorities.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with all students and colleagues.

  • Able to help the students prepare relevant documents and constantly monitor documents' status to meet the submission deadline.

  • Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

  • Maintain records of students' documentation.
