Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Executive (Accounts) to join our team. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, payments, assist with financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Correctly identify and record accounts payables and receivables
  • Oversee and monitor daily cash and account expenditures
  • Verify bills and vouchers for accuracy and legitimacy before processing payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding vendor payments
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and government regulations

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Create, record, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage and execute company’s income tax, TDS, and VAT-related activities
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Management
