Responsibilities & Context
The Manager Operation is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and profitability of the brand. This role requires a mix of leadership, business acumen, and industry expertise to ensure the brand’s growth, sustainability, and market competitiveness.
Conduct overall operation, sourcing and branding.
Develop and execute long-term business strategies to drive brand expansion and market share.
Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand identity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale partnerships.
Lead the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
Set and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and brand value.
Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient production and distribution.
Train all the personnel like POS operator, salesman.
ensure excellent customer service and brand experience across all touchpoints.
