- Meeting Sales Objectives
- Distribution Management (WSS Appointment, Working & Discontinuation)
- Dealer Management
- A. Monitors and track performance to take corrective actions (as per module).
- B. Discontinued Dealers and Dissatisfied Dealers to be handled on priority.
- People Management
- A. Highlight in case of any TSI territory gaps. Gaps to be filled in within stipulated time. Also, during temporary gap in manpower, ensure enough measures are taken to cover the territory and maintain sales objectives.
- B. Review TSI attrition and plan corrective action for ensuring retention of Right people.
- C. Oversee the performance of TTY Person to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Scheme Execution
- Insights & Feedback
- A. Market visit to interact with end users, contractors, dealers and WSS.
- B. Collect, capture, and convey feedback/ provide inputs to HO on all aspects of the business (including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities and schemes, Pidilite scheme spend and effectiveness, BTL/ATL activities etc.) across channel, users, influencers, field employees.
- Competition Fighting
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities, supply situations through relevant channels of users /influencers /field employees/distribution
- Joint working with Field Marketing
- Post-Graduation preferably an MBA
- 6 to 7 year(s)
- Minimum 6-7 Years of experience in Sales.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Paint, Adhesive, Cement company
