The operations executive will be supporting the supply chain team in daily operations related to procurement, inventory management, and various data entry on the ERP.

Job Context

Primary reporting of the selected Executive will be in Singapore, so holidays & weekends of Singapore will be applicable.
Job Responsibilities
- ERP data entry:
- Master data: create Products, bills of materials, contacts
- Purchase: create RFQ / Purchase orders / bills
- Inventory: create stock transfers, validate deliveries
- Upload documents: proforma invoices, delivery notes, commercial invoices
- Enter expenses
- general ERP housekeeping
- Send order enquiries to our suppliers, compare price accuracy with price-list / previous order and share PI with supply team
- Check documents accuracy (invoices, delivery notes ...)
- Create & update tickets on Trello
- create barcodes and share with relevant stakeholders
- E-mail notifications for: products / samples arrivals, stores deliveries, Inventory "events" (Out of stock, back to stock ...), following a template

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Supply Chain Management
- Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain,ERP,Odoo
- Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain,ERP,Odoo

Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
