Assist supervisor to look after the Agribusiness Distribution & ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost.
- Supervise all depots and ensure proper delivery as per requirement.
- Manage the scheduling, routing, and control of all delivery activities.
- Responsible for truck leasing, maintenance, and safety as well as related record keeping functions.
- Manage the control, condition and security of inventory including its proper storage, handling, disposal, transferring, and cleaning and repairing.
- Inspect physical condition of warehouse and depots.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of depot activities with activities of other functions.
- Prepare accurate documents and reports as required.
- Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
