Job Responsibilities
- Ensure season and market specific supply Of the assigned products i.e. papaya
- Establish contract farming mechanisms for papaya production With the farmers
- Build and maintain rapport With the local transporters and other market actors Preparing business budget of assigned portfolio for achieving top and bottom lines.
- Maintaining strong liaison with the traders; wholesalers and retailers
- Visiting institutional markets and gather intelligence for developing channels and customers
- Visiting Channel Partners and urban farms for product promotion; arrange and attend promotional campaign in collaboration with the development partners.
- Accomplishing other tasks required for the business performance and as assigned by the management

- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude
- Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
- Should have eligibility to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking
- Well conversant in English Language
- Proficient in computer usage
- Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
