Job Responsibilities
- Conduct activities to achieve product Wise periodical sales budget
- Visit existing customers regularly to generate sales order
- Preparing product and market Wise promotional plan quarterly and seasonally
- Organize promotional campaigns and educate farmers on products and sustainable agriculture practices
- Maintaining strong liaison with farmers, retailers, DAE personnel and key influencers
- Ensure product pull and timely recovery of the credit balances
- Visiting markets and gather intelligence for improving market shares and penetrating new markets
- Build and maintain strong reputation at farmers level as technical specialist

- 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-started With a positive attitude
- Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
- Should have eligibility to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking
- Well conversant in English Language
- Proficient in computer usage
- Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
