Job Responsibilities
- Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
- Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
- Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
- Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Making online reservation tour packages.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Fare calculation & route searching.

- Proven working Experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Department
- Excellent knowledge on Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
- Must have knowledge about issue, reissue, and refund also fare rules.
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
- Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
- Good Communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
