Executive, Sales & Marketing
The position demands strong support from the Reporting Area Manager, Sales for maximizing sales of ULTIMA RO Water Purifier & other ULTIMA products. One should possess sound knowledge of field campaigns and channel sales activities to achieve sales targets. He should be competent to understand the company vision & mission statements and align the strategies to achieve the company`s vision.
- To manage existing and potential customers through personal sales visits and a strong relationship with them.
- Planning and implementing various types of effective field campaigns with the team under the direct supervision of the senior officials.
- Market visit on regular basis to develop new customers as well as retain existing customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
- Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plan and implementation of the same.
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Regular Market visits, meeting with prospective customers, and generating new customers.
- Managing the Campaign in the spot of the people to present and share the knowledge about safe water.
- Sourcing valid information from interested customers & provide them with the company Brushier & other informative things.
- Informing the people about our product and service to create awareness & better understanding of our products.
- Supervise & train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
- Maintaining good relationships with dealers/franchises in order to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at the store's level (e.g., supply, demand, forecast, etc.) and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
- Acquisition of new sales points (Dealers & Franchises) in the assigned area.
- Ensure close monitoring of the distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).
- Major Subject Marketing is Preferable.

- The applicants should have experience in the field of Campaign Management, Corporate Sales, Dealer Development, Dealer or Channel Development, Sales & Marketing.
- Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
- (Basic salary is 13000 & Rest of the 4000 based on monthly targete percentage). With Additional attractive sales Incentives (Based on your performance, you can earn Up to 10000- 15000 BDT). After the Provision period salary will be increased as per company policy.
