The company owns its flagship product Digital RX, a prescription writing software that enables doctors to write a prescription within just few clicks and also manage their medical practice digitally. The company also provides online consultation services for specialized and selective industry leading Doctors to the patients through its platform called Doctorkoi.com. Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patient & impose technology where it`s needed the most, the entire Healthcare eco-system of Bangladesh.
- Manage queries to bring in more interaction and prepare engagement reports to track ROI.
- Ensure query management quality, manage appointments/number collection daily and provide daily reports.
- Query management of doctor koi, digital RX and individual doctor pages.
- Make instant calls to convert into appointments.
- Effective communication through call center number.
- Maintain and build a strong customer relationship with existing customers.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing major will get preference).
- At least 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Community Management, preferably in a Software Company or Firm will get preference.
- Prior knowledge and experience in timely query management and push for conversion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Bangla & English).
- Able to understand customer queries and answer accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
