Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements regarding Machine Vision System, Track & Trace solution and different automation solutions
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
  • Develop trust relationships with major customer to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts and provide it to Reporting Manager
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
  • Work closely with Accounts on billing set up and invoicing
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, CSE, ME, Diploma in Engineering
  • Skills Required: Sales Marketing of Industrial Machineries

    Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Engineering Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 23 years

  • Candidates having sales experience on pharmaceutical and food industry machinery will get preference
