Job Responsibilities
- Accomplish the strategies of effective procurement of Capex & MRO (Maintenance, Repair and operations) items within optimum cost and timeline.
- Float Request for Quotation as per requirement and negotiate for price, quality and service with the vendor.
- Prepare CS and procurement proposal for management approval and raise purchase order for required materials.
- Calculate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)/landed cost and represent agenda for procurement committee meeting for decision.
- Execute the continuous improvement initiatives in terms of process, cost, quality and services to achieve targeted operational excellence.
- Source, maintain & develop pool of suppliers for all assigned categories and manage service contracts.
- Monitor and maintain close liaison with foreign and local suppliers to track price trend, supply scenario and on time shipments periodically to ensure competitive price and availability of product on right time.
- Perform any other duties of department as and when needed.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE) from any reputed university.
- Candidates having a professional degree /diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)

- Age at most 32 years
- Should have the interpersonal, negotiation, contract management, analytical and presentation skills.
- Should be result focused.
