- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents according to tender/bidding
- To notify and organize different departments for accumulation of all necessary documents for bid submission and also the operation process for the corresponding tenders.
- Technical analysis of all relevant items for bid participation.
- Managing reports of upcoming and past bid submissions.
- Connecting with vendors/manufacturers/suppliers for participating in bids.
- Liaison, Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with all the concerned person of clients for
- bidding purpose.
- Knowledge of the e-Government Procurement Portal(e-GP) for E-Tender Submission.
- Monitor and ensure that all bid preparations are on schedule. Notify the operations department accordingly.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed University
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
